		<description>&quot;we see how the pharisee was self righteous and thanking God that he is not like the tax collector.&quot; - yes. had never thought about it that way before, that it&#039;s possible to be thanking God for something while also being self righteous about it. that is convicting.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;the part about success - it&#039;s so true that it&#039;s a fight not to be performance centered in our culture and not to value/judge people based on society&#039;s definitions of success. i see that in myself. not that it&#039;s wrong to enjoy encouragement/affirmation, just that those things aren&#039;t the goal, God&#039;s glory is, and making much of me is an unfortunate distraction I elevate wrongly.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;also - enjoyed the final line.</description>
